Welcome!

     I am here to assist organizations with Safety and Environmental regulatory compliance through training, audits, reports and more.  I can help to ensure your organization is in full compliance with your safety and environmental programs.  I can direct you to the proper regulations to help demonstrate your compliance with agencies such as the Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) and more.

over 20 years of safety and environmental compliance experience.


     After my US Army honorable discharge in 1991, I decided to finish college.  I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resources from the Arizona State University  back in August of 1993.  I started my career as a self employed environmental consultant working with the Arizona Department of Transportation from 1993 - 1994.  The next 14 years I worked in the semiconductor industry in Phoenix, AZ.  My job duties varied from environmental, safety, and emergency response programs.  I was fortunate to work with 3 different companies and 4 different manufacturing sites.  I was a plant manager for a hazardous waste treatment, storage, disposal facility (TSDF) from 2007 - 2009 located in central Arizona.  I was an environmental, health, and safety specialist from 2009 - Dec. 2014 at a facility manufacturing ammonium nitrate located in Southern Arizona.  During my career I was involved with managing two different EPA Superfund sites for a total of 14 years.  I feel fortunate to have a diverse Safety and Environmental background and enjoy working to help organizations with state and federal regulatory compliance.
